We are licensed and insured contractors, with experience and expertise in many styles of structure. Wether you're dream house is of a traditional or modern style, from a quant or grand scale we can guarantee satisfaction. And if you are looking to have that custom home that is perfect for your needs and desires then we can provide you with our Architectural services as well. We provide fee discounts for Design/Build contracts, allowing you to have your unique dream house designed and built with the utmost care and skill at a reduced rate.
We have extensive experience in many construction techniques including, structural steel, light gauge steel, conventional wood framing, structural insulated panels, concrete, and even concrete block. However, one of our preferred building techniques uses Insulated Concrete Forms, where 10” thick walls consist of concrete and insulated panels. These walls are not only fire proof, termite proof, wind resistant, and acoustically superior but also highly energy efficient. This technique's energy efficacy is created by not only providing an impressive amount of insulation and thermal mass but also by creating an air tight building envelope. Because of this mechanical systems can be drastically downsized from what is applied to a typical home, thus energy bills are substantially lower and the environment of the interior spaces is much more consistent and controllable. We always treat each project with the individual attention it requires and will help you to decide which building technique is right for you, your needs, and your budget.
